Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every product sold on Kbeauty is 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Many of our brands are cruelty-free. We recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific certifications, as Korean regulations regarding animal testing have become significantly stricter in recent years.
